CIRQUE CONFECTIONS was founded by Faye Jonah in 2020. She started her journey in the art of confections at a prominent culinary school. Shortly after graduation she took ownership of DIAMANO CHOCOLATE in Sandy Springs where she would hone her skills in chocolate confections. She also worked as an event coordinator of PASTRY LIVE - alongside many world renowned pastry chefs to bring the art of all things pastry to the forefront.  

In 2018 Faye would close Diamano Chocolate to introduce CIRQUE CONFECTIONS. Under Faye's direction CIRQUE takes a playful circus inspired approach to a wide range of candy and chocolate confections. Our chocolates are made with the finest ingredients -  we offer many truffles that are Naturally Gluten-free, with many sugar free and Kosher options also available.
